It’s time to publicize my most recent DeHaan Fitness articles, “Another Kick at the Can of Soft Drinks and Soda Pop” and “Possible Atherosclerosis Risks from Fat Burning Carnitine”.
The earlier article reported on new research into sweetened drinks, which included energy drinks and sports drinks.
The next article was based on yet another report that found a link from carnitine to atherosclerosis.
I was surprised that some energy drinks could include both HFCS and carnitine.
