After fruitless Facebook and Google searches, I found a tweet that led to the nearly secret parade path in Oshawa.

The parade will start near Oshawa City Hall (50 Centre Street S.) at about 4pm on Tuesday June 2.

The parade starts by going north on Queen Street… which does not really connect to Oshawa City Hall, does it? Not to worry, the parade heads east on King St W., then turns south onto Centre St. S. Finally it heads east on Athol St., past the General Motors Centre, turns south onto Charles St., and sneaks into the GM Centre parking lot.
