Just read a report claiming that “Aerobic exercise bests resistance training at burning belly fat“. They found that resistance exercises like lifting weights does little to burn off fat stored in the abdomen. By contrast, aerobic exercises such as running or walking are much more effective. As we should all know, it’s the deeply-stored abdominal fat that carries the biggest health risks.
