Outdoor Caroling in the Distillery District in Toronto

Lowe’s Toronto Christmas Market sponsors half a month of Christmas caroling, from Nov. 29 through Sun. Dec. 15, 2013.

“Santa’s Elves” lead sing-along carols; while “Carol Gathering” may have more direct appeal to adults. Both events take place at various times most days, and are free breaks from shopping. Click the above link for the exact times of the different events.

The grand finale is the “World Caroling Challenge” on Dec. 15 at 5pm. Please donate a loonie and a non-perishable food item to the Daily Bread Food Bank on site at Mill St., near Parliament and Front Streets.

Kingston Road Outdoor Carol Performances but the Dickens Indoors

The Kingston Road Village Residents Association presents ‘Tis the Season on Kingston Road on Fri. Dec. 6, 2013. This includes free outdoor carol performances between Main Street and Victoria Park Ave., plus Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol”  inside the Kingston Road United Church at 7:00pm. Please donate to Community Centre 55 and the church’s ramp fund if you attend “A Christmas Carol” at 975 Kingston Road.

Christmas Caroling in Kew Gardens Park in Toronto

On Sat. Dec. 7, 2013, celebrate “Christmas in the Park” with tree lighting and community Christmas caroling in Kew Gardens from 5-7pm. Kew Gardens is on the south side of Queen Street East (between Woodbine and Main). Please donate “loonies for Lions Club” as your charity contribution.

Further entertainment includes a visit from Santa Claus.

Outdoor Caroling in the Pines in Toronto in 2013

On Dec. 8, 2013 at 7pm, Northlea United Church again presents “Caroling in the Pines“, aided by a Salvation Army band and a secret special visitor who likes to “Ho, ho, ho”.

Outdoor Caroling in the Port Credit Memorial Park in Mississauga in 2013

On Mon. Dec. 16, 2013 from 7:30-8:30pm, the Mississauga Children’s Choir will be “Caroling in the Park” in Port Credit. Head to the Port Credit Library, at 22 Stavebank Road, Mississauga, and then follow the crowd to the park behind the building.

Take Stavebank Road north from Lakeshore Road, then turn west to the Port Credit Library via High Street East. Enjoy this program of Christmas caroling in Port Credit with the choir.
